Cash on delivery, and what happens if something is wrong

Every NaturesBitee order is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged before delivery, and there are no cards or online payments to refund.

Damaged, opened or wrong pack

Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1873-057357 within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the pack and the parcel. We will replace the pack with your next delivery or refund what you paid for it — we agree the quickest way with you on WhatsApp. You do not need to post anything back.

Opened packs

Our packs are food. For hygiene we cannot take back a pack that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged or was the wrong item.

Cancelling an order

Message us on WhatsApp before the parcel is dispatched and we will cancel it at no cost. If you refuse a parcel at the door, the order is simply cancelled.

Delivery

Courier delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, 2–7 days. The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout and is added once per order, however many packs you order.
