01No payment details, ever

Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person in cash when the parcel reaches you. There is no card payment, no online payment and no payment gateway on this site — so there is no card number, no bank detail and no wallet account for us to ask for, hold or lose.

02What we collect

When you place an order, the checkout asks for:

• your name;
• your mobile number;
• your delivery address, including your area and city.

The checkout also has a box for an email address. If you fill it in, we use it for messages about your order.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, your number and the messages you send — including any photo you send with a return — stay in our WhatsApp account.

03Why we keep it

To get your parcel to you, so the courier can reach you if the address is hard to find, and to look the order up later if you need a replacement or a refund. Nothing else.

04Who else sees it

The courier. Your name, mobile number and delivery address go to the courier company that carries the parcel to your door. They cannot deliver without them, and they take the cash from you at the door.

Our host. The site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted at Hostinger. Your order is stored in the shop's database on Hostinger's servers, so Hostinger holds it as our host.

WhatsApp. Messages you send us stay in the WhatsApp app on our phone.

Those are the only people who are given your name, your mobile number or your address.

05Cookies, and counting visits

Cookies are small files a website leaves in your browser. This site uses cookies to remember what you put in your cart, and to keep you signed in if you have an account. The tool described below sets cookies of its own.

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits. It receives your IP address and the pages you open.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the cart will not remember what you added.

06How long we keep it

Order records stay in the shop, so we can find an old order when someone asks about one. WhatsApp conversations stay in the WhatsApp account until they are deleted. We do not delete on a timer. If you ask, we will delete the order from the shop and the messages from WhatsApp. Copies can stay in the website host's backups for a while after that.

07Asking for a copy, or asking us to delete

Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1873-057357 from the number you ordered with, or email naturesbitee@gmail.com, and we will find the order. We will send you a copy of what we hold, or delete it, whichever you ask for.

One thing we cannot pull back: if a parcel is already with the courier, the courier has your address until it is delivered.

If what we do changes, this page changes with it. The date below is the day it was last edited.
